Monday-Tuesday: We schedule fixed location appointments in Folsom, near the Costco. Scheduling requires 8-24hrs notice

Thursday: We can schedule fixed location appointments at a location near Hazel and US 50 (Fair Oaks/Rancho Cordova). Scheduling requires 24 hrs notice.

Speciallist exam fee is $62.50 per schedule patient at fixed location appointments. In all cases, tests, treatments, medications and maintenance procedures are in addition to above.
